Carri’s experience spans all aspects of communications law and policy. In 1995 she became a founding member of Bennet & Bennet. Carri has provided expert testimony to the FCC and Congress on rural wireless issues and speaks regularly at industry trade shows and legal seminars. She represents her clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), state regulatory agencies, the courts and Congress. For more than 25 years, she has advised clients and industry groups on creating strategic alliances and new business opportunities in the fast-paced world of telecommunications technologies. Carri is a registered lobbyist. She serves as General Counsel to the Rural Telecommunications Group (RTG) and as pro bono legal counsel to the Organization for the Promotion and Advancement of Small Telecommunications Companies’ (OPASTCO) Foundation for Rural Education and Development (FRED). Her clients include wireless providers, content providers, mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), equipment manufacturers and investment companies.
