Marjorie joined Bennet & Bennet in 1996 and concentrates on the representation of broadband, cellular, paging, Specialized Mobile Radio (SMR), tower siting companies and private and common carriers before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and state regulatory agencies. Marjorie has extensive experience in antenna siting matters to ensure compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and National Historic Preservation Act. Marjorie also has experience in transactional matters before the FCC and has provided business and legal advice to numerous start-up communications ventures, facilitating their development into multi-faceted providers of wide-area communications services. Marjorie also provides counsel to ensure companies comply with all privacy regulations of the FCC and Federal Trade Commission.
