Bob’s practice focuses on on wireless licensing, universal service, and privacy and data protection.  Since joining Bennet & Bennet in 2008, Bob has counseled clients on license matters in various wireless services, including Broadband Radio Service and Educational Broadband Service, spectrum transactions, universal service matters and enforcement actions.  Bob has also provided counsel on privacy and data protection matters concerning the Federal Communications Commission’s Customer Proprietary Network Information, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Telemarketing Sales and CAN-SPAM Act rules, as well as the Federal Trade Commission’s Red Flags Rule to prevent identity theft.  Bob previously worked as a regulatory and government affairs attorney in Washington, DC, where his practice included U.S. trade compliance and export control, advertising and marketing and promotions.  During law school, Bob worked as a law clerk for the Washington Redskins.
