Judy joined Bennet & Bennet in 2000 and provides engineering support services, including the design, testing and optimization of personal communication services (PCS) and cellular communication systems, as well as point-to-point microwave systems. She also provides support in frequency planning, interference analysis and system integration. Judy performs Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) analysis and prepares related documentation submitted to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on behalf of Bennet & Bennet’s wireless clients. She assists clients with 3650 MHz licenses and location registration, customer data analysis and maps for eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) filing. Judy is fluent in Chinese.
