Section 43.61 of the FCC's rules requires carriers providing international communications service to file an annual report of traffic and revenue no later than July 31, 2008.

Rate-of-return incumbent carriers located in a study area in which a CETC has initiated service and reported line count data must file with USAC line count information by July 31, 2008.
